REGISTRATION & FEE
Registration will close on 10 November 2017 (30 September 2017 for Early Birds). Participation is not guaranteed until a full payment of the registration fee is received. The fee includes conference materials, morning and afternoon tea & coffee breaks, welcome reception drinks, lunches & conference dinner.
All travel and accommodation costs associated with attending the conference are the responsibility of the presenters/listeners.
Standard Registration Fee

Additional tickets for the conference dinner can be bought at a cost of USD 50 per person. This must be done at the time of registration.
The conference offers a limited number of registration to fee waivers. Please contact us for more information about the fee waiver and other questions regarding the registration fee.
Payment

It is advised that international participants arrange payment in USD account whereas Vietnamese participants arrange payment in the local currency, the VND.

- Confirmation of receipt will be emailed to you once the payment is clearer.

- There is a strict no refund policy on cancellation.
